j.nascimento, post #7: Historical amylin analogues: pramlintide was the only long-acting amylin analogue licensed for some time and its poor adherence was a known limitation. A weekly formulation addresses that practical barrier. Go to post

Amylin analogue mechanism: I would want to see the raw numbers rather than the summary before agreeing. Summaries lose exactly the information that would settle this.
