Prior hypersensitivity to the product or its excipients is a contraindication that people forget applies to the excipients too.
I have separated what I observed from what I concluded, which does not always happen.

Pregnancy is a good example of a question where the honest answer is boring and the interesting answers are unsupported. I would go with boring.
Disordered eating history: appetite suppression can trigger relapse in people with history of anorexia, bulimia, or other eating disorders. This is a relative contraindication requiring specialist input.
On balance I think that is right, and I would not bet much on it.

I had written a reply contradicting post #72 and deleted it. Here is what survived.
A caution and a contraindication are different levels and the difference is not stylistic. Conflating them makes the labelling sound more restrictive than it is.
I would not lead a decision with this, but I would not ignore it either.
Picking up post #88: that is the part I would want checked first.
Pregnancy appears in the labelling for this class and the position is stated explicitly rather than left to inference.
The confident version of this sentence would be wrong, so here is the hedged one.
