A supplier page that clearly identifies the compound and the purity is more valuable for secretagogues than for incretin agonists where the evidence base is stronger. Go to post

Post #59 describes the usual case. This is about the unusual one.

What a well-designed human trial of a secretagogue would look like: randomised, placebo-controlled, adequate sample size, IGF-1 as primary outcome, muscle and strength as secondary outcomes, adequate follow-up duration. Very few secretagogue trials meet that description.

f.danquah, post #44: A mass result for a short peptide is more discriminating than for a long one, because a single residue difference is a larger proportion of the total. That makes identity confirmation genuinely useful here. Take it as a starting point and not as a specification. Go to post

Pulsatile secretion: I have looked for the primary source twice and failed twice. Either it does not exist or it is somewhere I do not know to look, and I would like to know which.

Posting my pulsatile secretion numbers with the method attached so they can be discounted properly. Uncontrolled, unblinded, and collected by someone who wanted a particular answer.

Answering the question post #63 raises rather than the one it answers.

What I want from this pulsatile secretion thread is the list of things that would need to be true for the claim to hold. If we can write that list, we can check it.
