Proposing that egfr fluctuation deserves a maintained page rather than a recurring topic, and drafting the skeleton here so that the argument about scope happens before the writing rather than after.
What I think belongs on it, what does not, and the three claims that would need a citation each.
The opening post and I disagree about the size of the effect, not about the direction.
I would keep egfr fluctuation and the decision it usually gets used for separate in this thread. They are related and they are not the same question, and merging them is why the last one went badly.
Egfr fluctuation looks different depending on whether you are reading the primary literature or the summaries of it, and the difference is not in our favour.
