Volunteering for the review on this one. I use it monthly, I have a list of three things that have aged badly, and I am willing to be named as the second maintainer.
The conclusion is tentative; the arithmetic underneath it is not.
Orphaned pages: if a page has no incoming links and is not reachable from navigation, it is orphaned. Such pages should either be linked or deprecated.
Where I part company with post #33, and it is a narrow parting.
Where I would push back on the Pages past consensus is the confidence, not the direction. The direction looks right. The confidence is borrowed.
