I am here for the documentation and the analytical discussion. I have nothing to sell, no affiliation with any supplier, and no intention of posting about my own care.
If there is a convention I am about to break, I would rather be told now than after.
Coming in from the clinical side and slightly wary of the register. I have read enough to see that "not medical advice" is meant here rather than pasted, which is why I have joined.
Worth checking against a second source before it gets quoted onward.
That log is the reason a lot of us stayed. It is also the reason staff are careful: writing a rationale that will be read is a different discipline from making a call nobody sees.
