Severe abdominal pain, and specifically the version of it that the documentation does not cover. The maintained page handles the general case well and stops exactly where my question starts.

Setting out the gap in case it is a gap in the page rather than a gap in what is known.

Allergic reactions: true allergy (anaphylaxis, severe rash) is rare with these peptide compounds but possible. Distinguishing true allergy from GI intolerance matters.

Acute kidney injury: rare but reported. Symptoms (decreased urine output, creatinine elevation) warrant urgent evaluation. Severe dehydration during weight loss is a risk factor.
