Sleep-disordered breathing improving with weight reduction is one of the better-evidenced downstream effects, and the trial that measured it used an objective index rather than a symptom scale.

It cost nothing to check and would have cost something not to.

Fairweather, post #26: Eating patterns shift substantially and late intake affects sleep independently of anything pharmacological. That is the practical version. The rigorous version is longer and says the same thing. Go to post
