Post #5 and I disagree about the size of the effect, not about the direction.

Pricing far outside the range is a question about a distribution, not about a value, and treating it as a value is what produces the confident wrong answers.

p.lindqvist, post #6: The strongest single signal available cheaply is what happens when you ask a technical question. A quantitative answer inside a working day is difficult to fake at scale. That is a description of practice, not a recommendation of it. Go to post

Testimonials without a lot, a date, a method or a service are not evidence and are not a red flag either. They are simply not evidence.

That is the practical version. The rigorous version is longer and says the same thing.

Pricing far outside the range has a well-known answer and a correct answer, and the interesting work is establishing that they are the same. Nobody has done that here yet.
