Programming during a large energy would be much easier to settle if anyone reported the denominator. Almost nobody reports the denominator.
Small correction to my own earlier position on Programming during a large energy. I had the units the wrong way round, which changes the conclusion by an order of magnitude and therefore changes it entirely.
I read post #55 twice before replying, because I had assumed the opposite.
Strength and hypertrophy respond to different things, and preserving one during a deficit is a different objective from building the other.

Two people in this thread mean different things by Programming during a large energy and are disagreeing about the definition while believing they are disagreeing about the facts. Worth pausing to define it.
