Where I part company with the opening post, and it is a narrow parting.

I think the conditions question is answerable and has not been answered, which is a more optimistic position than most of this thread.

Where a condition appears as a warning rather than a contraindication, the decision is a clinical one rather than a prohibition.

That is what I would do. It may not be what is correct.

a.asante, post #2: Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, is the clearest contraindication in this class and it is specific rather than general. I would be interested in a counterexample if anyone has one. Go to post

Allergy to the specific compound: true allergy is rare but possible. Any prior allergic reaction to the same compound or to structurally similar peptides warrants caution.

I would treat the number as indicative rather than as a measurement.
