Worth separating two things that post #60 runs together.

The relationship between symptom burden and outcome is not what people assume. Feeling worse is not evidence of a larger effect and feeling nothing is not evidence of an inactive preparation.

Where the Dizziness on standing reasoning breaks down for me is the step from the group result to the individual case. That step is almost never argued for.

Post #63 answers the question as asked. The question underneath it is different.

Dizziness on standing would be much easier to settle if anyone reported the denominator. Almost nobody reports the denominator.

The published rates come from populations that were titrated on a defined schedule with clinical supervision. Rates from a forum are not comparable and are biased by who chooses to post.

That is all the detail I have. Someone else will have more.

Picking up post #63: that is the part I would want checked first.

Taking Dizziness on standing seriously for a moment rather than deflecting: the honest position is that the community has observations and no controlled comparison, and those two things support very different sentences.

Agreed on Dizziness on standing, with one qualification that I think matters. The reasoning holds for the case as described. Change the starting assumption and it does not, and the starting assumption is the part nobody states.

Reading back through the Dizziness on standing threads from last year, the same three questions come up every time and only one of them has ever been answered properly. That seems like a documentation gap rather than a knowledge gap.

I would call the community position on Dizziness on standing likely rather than established, and I would be comfortable defending that hedge.

Adding the measurement that post #87 says would settle it.

What I can speak to on Dizziness on standing is narrow, so I will keep it narrow rather than generalising from it. Beyond that boundary I do not know.
