Recording sessions is what makes progression visible. Without a log, load creep and load decline both go unnoticed.
That is my reading. Someone else read the same page differently and was reasonable.
Post #20 answers the question as asked. The question underneath it is different.

Where I would look next, rather than where I would stop.
