Follow-up: What is genuinely unknown about long-term amylin agonism

What is genuinely unknown about long-term amylin agonism I have a specific reason for asking rather than idle curiosity, and the context is below.

Putting the numbers in the first post, because a question about a compound without them turns into a question about somebody's impression of it.

cagrilintide, monoisotopic mass near 3749.9 Da, 5 weeks of my own notes, and 6 lots from 2 suppliers with a purity figure on each. That is the whole basis of what follows.

What I want checked is the reasoning I have built on top of it, not the figures themselves.

On analysis: an amylin analogue and its aggregates are not equally detectable by a standard reversed-phase method, because a large aggregate may not elute at all. Area percent cannot see what stays on the column.

Worth checking against a second source before it gets quoted onward.

Everything in the opening post holds. The case it does not cover is the one I have.

Comparing an amylin analogue to an incretin agonist on weight change alone misses that they were developed to be used together rather than instead of each other.

Second-hand, so weight it accordingly.
