Muscle cramps is worth one more sentence than it usually gets, and the sentence is the one about how the number was arrived at.
Muscle cramps: the ordinary causes before the exotic ones — a second dataset
Post #17 is the version of this I will quote in future. One addition.
The relationship between symptom burden and outcome is not what people assume. Feeling worse is not evidence of a larger effect and feeling nothing is not evidence of an inactive preparation.
Narrowing post #18, because the general version has more than one answer.
Fatigue: commonly reported, frequently multifactorial. It is worth asking whether other factors have changed (sleep, training volume, diet adequacy, hydration) before attributing all of it to the compound. Some fatigue resolves with time; some persists.
Muscle cramps has a well-known answer and a correct answer, and the interesting work is establishing that they are the same. Nobody has done that here yet.
The bit of Muscle cramps that nobody enjoys is that the answer changes depending on what you are trying to decide with it. Say what the decision is and the thread will converge.
Agreed, and I will stop repeating the version of this I had been repeating.
