Nothing in this subcategory is medical advice, and the specific cases where that matters most are the ones where somebody is deciding whether a symptom is worth a consultation. It usually is.

The published rates come from populations that were titrated on a defined schedule with clinical supervision. Rates from a forum are not comparable and are biased by who chooses to post.

Severe, persistent abdominal pain, especially radiating to the back, is in a different category from ordinary gastrointestinal upset and is a reason to seek medical assessment rather than to post about it.

That distinction has done more work for me than anything else in this category.

Fatigue: commonly reported, frequently multifactorial. It is worth asking whether other factors have changed (sleep, training volume, diet adequacy, hydration) before attributing all of it to the compound. Some fatigue resolves with time; some persists.

The disagreement above is smaller than it looks once the terms are fixed.

The bit of Muscle cramps that nobody enjoys is that the answer changes depending on what you are trying to decide with it. Say what the decision is and the thread will converge.

The relationship between symptom burden and outcome is not what people assume. Feeling worse is not evidence of a larger effect and feeling nothing is not evidence of an inactive preparation.

The reasoning is more useful than the number, which is why I have shown it.

Adding the measurement that post #40 says would settle it.

Delayed gastric emptying: the mechanism behind much of the gastrointestinal side-effect profile. At extreme magnitudes, severe gastroparesis is a rare but serious complication. Distinguishing ordinary gastrointestinal effects from the rare severe end is a clinical judgement.

Where the Muscle cramps discussion usually stalls is that nobody wants to say "I do not know" and everyone is willing to say "it varies". Those are the same sentence with different clothes on.

Post #47 answers the question as asked. The question underneath it is different.

Constipation is reported at least as often as nausea and is discussed a fraction as much. Fluid, fibre and movement are the boring answers and they are the ones that work.

What I would want before treating Muscle cramps as settled: the method, the sample, and whether anyone tried to find the opposite result. Two of the three are usually missing.

Post #53 is right about the mechanism and I think understates the practical bit.

On Muscle cramps: the maintained page in the documentation commons covers the general case with citations and a review date, which is more reliable than any reply here including this one.

Nausea: the most common side effect and the most dose- and titration-dependent one. It is usually most prominent in the first 24 to 48 hours after injection and attenuates as the dose is held stable. At each escalation step it often resets briefly before attenuating again.

Answering the question post #57 raises rather than the one it answers.

Vomiting: when it is expected (first-dose reactions or early titration) and when it is a reason to stop and seek help are different. Occasional vomiting during titration is ordinary. Persistent vomiting or vomiting of a new character later in treatment warrants contact with your clinician.
